Cielo is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with a deep passion for integrating movement, energy cultivation, and holistic healing.
Her journey into internal martial arts began in 2008, after years of yoga practice when she sought to explore healing modalities rooted in her own tradition. She trained intensively in Chen-style Tai Chi in its birthplace, Chen Village, and later studied Taichi and Health Qigong in Shanghai Sports University under a national champion. Her studies continued in Wudang Mountain, where she delved into Taoist practices and energy cultivation.
Recognizing the profound connection between Qigong, Tai Chi, and TCM, Cielo pursued formal studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She completed her TCM program in 2023 and became a Registered TCM Practitioner in 2025. Her understanding of Yin-Yang theory, meridian systems, and energy flow deeply informs her teaching, allowing her to guide students in both movement and self-healing practices.
With over 15 years of experience teaching mind-body practices, Cielo offers gentle, accessible, and therapeutic Qigong classes, particularly suited for those seeking to improve balance, flexibility, and overall vitality.

Starting her own business, Tanya gained experience working with all types of injuries by using deep tissue massage techniques. Another frequent treatment scenario was working on stress management with relaxation massage modalities.
Tanya’s education began at Kikkawa College in Toronto where her athletic training would be at its peak. Changing campuses in her last year of school brought her back to the East Coast, to Halifax N.S. where she graduated from Northumberland College in 2003.
In 2015 she decided to retire from her fulfilling career as an RMT to pursue a new adventure on the West Coast which landed her on Vancouver Island.
Having missed the huge reward of healing people, she is now ready to jump back into the field that she feels was/is a gift :)
Although not currently registered in the province of B.C., Tanya looks forward to promoting accessibility by lowering her fees so that everyone can have access to the healthcare they deserve. Hello everyone, my name is Melanie Branton, and I love all things healing.
I am originally from NL, and completed my 2200 hr massage therapy program from Eastern College in St. John’s in 2012.
I worked over the years as an RMT in NL, ON and now BC, and I have lived and worked here for 3 years. I really love the west coast lifestyle and getting to know all of you!
I happily live by the ocean and have befriended the great Pacific, of course!
I have experience different types of atmospheres, from clinical settings with a strong physiotherapy influence, to myofascial release , spa and holistic environments. As well, I feel I have treated almost everything along the way. I don’t have a favourite thing, but really enjoy diversity and just being able to approach unique situations and go with the flow.
My favourite way to approach health and the body, is with an open mind and heart, and I love to draw on all the great working experiences I’ve had from St. John’s, Toronto and Victoria, but also throughout life.
The body awareness gained from being a gymnast, doing yoga, and experiencing great work from all the other fabulous healing forms, has given me a strong sense of direction and ability to appreciate and acknowledge the body.
The universe and nature is a wonderful thing, and becoming more clear, accepting, committed and happy is what I like to see, encourage and inspire. It is what I aim for in my own life. The peace that settles in physically is such a gift.
I love that I have found this gem space, clinic and team and would love to design a treatment, and experience just for you.
I would be grateful to assist you to become more relaxed, comfortable and happy in your own skin.
I also adore animals, love music of many forms and spend lots of time in the ocean. Oh, and I really want to own a horse 🙏♥️

Bodies are our sacred vessels, they are the containers for our spirits and whole body wellness. Taking care of them is essential to our complete health, when we nourish them we augment our vitality. Vitality is what brings us joy and assists us to clarity. Therefore, love the body. We are resilient, and we can transform. All things change. Sometimes it takes time, but traumas can heal, rigid postures can release, vitality can be renewed. We have the capacity for whatever we want.
Kitti extends a safe space that will offer you to tune into your own body; to be present with your experiences and sensations, and open to the nuances of your nervous system. She will work with you to let the tensions go using both gentle touch and firm pressure, as well as breath, stretch, and relax. Sometimes she will use a neurodynamic approach, and sometimes the gentle nature of craniosacral therapy. It willl depend of the state of the tissues presented.
She has experience with transformation in her own life. Having come back from a deadly horse injury, Kitti understands the dedication it takes to recover from trauma. Trauma itself can have many layers. Unwinding these layers takes consistency and trust. She will work to help you understand your own body and motivate you to optimize your experience of it. Her interests have led her to furthering her education in cranial sacral rhythms, myofascial releases, visceral massage, bone bending and nerve functioning. These modalities stimulate the health of tissue function within the body. Her skill set ranges from light to deep tissue releases, from therapeutic to deep relax.
Cranialsacral therapy is a modality that informs the nervous system through patience, gentle touch, trust. The body has an intelligence of its own, and responds to the emotional content of the mind. This modality can be powerful in redirecting poor postures and unwanted holding patterns. Freeing the body, lightening its presence, and offering the space to let go of trauma. It contains specific manipulations to the skeletal system and the cranium the are designed to create more openness in the relationship of the structures. This increases circulation and improves the rhythm of the parts within the whole, that they might function better together.
Some of her treatments use a combination of stretch and resistance, as they have the potential to unwind the force of trauma, or painful chronic poor postures in bodies that are stiff and needing more pressure to let of their tensions. She will offer remedial exercises specifically designed for restrengthening and realigning the body’s symmetry. Kitti will assist you toward your own goals.
If you are having troubles with pain; by way of motor vehicle accidents, repetitive strains, all kinds of trauma, surgical scarring, digestive issues, neurological issues, migraines and the experience of every day stressors, there is something within Kitti’s practice that she can help you with. Correcting postures now can prevent injuries from happening in the future.
Kitti has spent her lifetime being active; she grew up competing as a gymnast, and taking in all that nature could afford her. She loves the ocean, mountains, earth and sky. Bikes, Hikes, people and fun. Yoga and Calisthenics are in her daily mantras. For solo adventure she plays piano, draws, paints, and reads.
She loves the arts and enjoying local venues around town.
*** These treatments are not based in Swedish massage and offer little oil
Myofacial work needs to be able to hold the tissues in place in order to correct inefficient postures that cause pain and possible future injuries. This modality utiises the ability to gently grip the tissues. Using oil prompts a heavier grip and addresses the muscles rather than the fascia. Treating fascia treats the muscles indirectly and more often offers a longer effect. It offers steps to a complete transformation alongside proactive initiatives from the client.
